Alcaraz had some brilliant moments, but Djokovic's expertise ultimately won out.

After the game, Djokovic lauded Alcaraz and referred to him as a "great player."

Alcaraz has drawn parallels to Rafael Nadal because to his success at Wimbledon.

Djokovic now shares the record for the most Grand Slam championships in men's tennis history with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
